I recently acquired a 2016 Topps Ian Kinsler Industy Summit 1/1 card. I can't find it listed as a parallel for the 2016 set. From what I can find online Topps made a 1/1 parallel for Series 1 as part of the 2016 Industry Summit. The best option is to submit an inaccuracy report asking for the set to be added. A possible sticking point is a set checklist; that link seems unclear on exactly what cards were produced, but there may be better information elsewhere.
