1982 TT Checklist Card

Does anyone have any insight on this one? My first thought was just that the back was faded, but it is only the inset of the card that is significantly lighter than the border. The border is the same color on both cards. This is the checklist from the 1982 Topps Traded set. Should this be something that is catalogued here on the site?

I didn't take an image of the front, but they are identical. Thanks.

No, it just looks like it might have missed the printing step that added the background color. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

I can think of one of two things. Did they do a Tiffany set that year? The other is that maybe one was from a pack and the other from a factory box.

The 1982 Topps Traded set was only released in a single, factory set. No Tiffany. No wax.
