Is this a red parallel or a reactive red parallel card? Unfortunately the scan doesn't do it justice, but I was wondering if there was a way to tell. I can't find any examples on other sites that tell me anything. Thanks in advance.

It's the regular red parallel. Sometimes turning a mosaic 45 degrees when scanning sometimes helps. Depending on the background color.
