Card Identification Forum

I collect Galen Cisco cards, so I keep coming across this card on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/363447357975?hash=item549f269217:g:TAcAAOSw79Vg1lxv . I am 100% certain it is NOT Galen Cisco, so I'm just curious if anyone knows who it actually is.

Oh, and possibly this whole unlicensed set could be added to the database? It's apparently released in 2007, which would be long after all of these players' careers are over. And the same seller has a full checklist in another listing here.

Finally figured it out - it's Bob Sadowski.

If anyone has thoughts about the whole set being added to TCDb or not, I'd appreciate input. I have the checklist based off the eBay listings ready to go in case.
