Either way printing mistakes like this are often considered to be wrong "backs". This database does not track these errors. The card companies nor anyone else tracks how often this type of error occurs.
In general wrong backs are not more valuable than a normally printed card. However, there are some collectors that do collect wrong back cards, they are the collectors that may (or may not) pay extra for one of these errors. Most other collectors would NOT pay extra, they would more likely want to pay less.
