The Bush card may be 1 of the 100 given to President Bush in 1990 by topps, is it glossy or like 90 topps apparently 2 versions. Look under 1990 topps George Bush

Dont think its the '90 topps card. I remember getting it back in the mid or early 90's so I dont think its very new.

It is slightly glossier than a 90 Topps card.

What you have is NOT the Topps card, it's some unlicensed bootleg card, hence no company name. They probably stole the image from Topps.

Broder cards were so popular during the 1990s. A company without a license looking to make a quick buck and often playing off of licensed cards.
