I can't seem to find these. I don't know when they are from, although I think maybe 2010-11 based on the fact that I got some other oversized hockey promos from that same season from that same person. (A Database member!) They are quite large, 6 & 3/4ths by 3 & 3/4ths.
An even larger card will be posted to the Mystery forum after we get this one solved.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Billy that appears to me to be a Oilers team release as they have thier official slogan on the card. "This is Oil Country`has been used for several years by the team likely going on 10 years. Could have been a program release, a different photo for each home game, or such. I have not seen this one in particular but my gut is leaning on the team angle.

Let me snoop, but the info for the Calgary card will also work for this one as well. Wayne and his wife are really helpful people.

I can't tell you the exact year that this card was produced, but I can tell you that this is an Edmonton Oilers Team Issue card... some people will refer to them as postcards, but they are usually blank on the back. The Oilers have been producing this style of release since at least 1983-84... although they didn't take on this thin cardboard stock until 1986-87. They are used by the team for signing purposes at their annual West Edmonton Mall autograph session... and as such they are often referred to as the West Edmonton Mall cards too. They have also been sold as team sets in the Oilers store at Northlands/SkyReach/Rexall/Rogers in the past. A simple search on eBay of Oilers Team Issue or Postcard should reveal similar results. I hope this info helps. Best of luck in your search!

Thanks for the welcome captkirk42... just learning how to navigate things... but it appears to be a cool place for trading card enthusiasts!
