The Missing Abbreviation Descriptions in the Things To Do tab currently has at least one set with a "blank" glossary entry due to extra spaces left after the end of the intended Notes. These are easy enough to fix, but checking the Notes when they are first added would prevent this from happening in the first place. My guess is that this happens more often when spreadsheets are uploaded than where individual Notes are manually added, so please check the entries for extra spaces when uploading.

I've had it happen when using Copy & Paste to hill out notes fields too.

One indicator to watch for, if your autofill or suggestion menu that appears when filling out the field seems to have two or more choices that look the same, it's a good bet that one of them has at least one trailing space (meaning there is at least one entry you need to go back and fix).
