Is there a way (other than by scolling down and looking fhrough the whole list of a set) to find cards on your wantlist which you also have in your collection ? Or better yet, remove any cards on your wantlist that you have marked in your collection.

I'm using the Add by Numbers feature to update my inventory, but unlike say a trade, doing this doesn't remove the card from my wantlist, and I'm having to go and individually remove them, losing back any time I gained by doing the Add by Numbers bulk add.

I tried both the FAQ and the User Manual but found nothing, and could not find an explanation of what 'Move Wantlist into Collection' under the options on the Manage Wantlist does.

If you go to your own profile and scroll down you may be able to click on "find cards in this person's collection that are on your wantlist"...not sure the wording but it's there if you allow people to compare to your collection. If that link isn't there you can toggle it on by editing your profile.

I'm mostly organizing over adding right now. 

if you click Collection summary , then" Add/Update"  look for the "all Cards" selection upper right . Then you will see Wanted and for sale and in collection of the set of cards. You can use "Add Multiple at that time for each card.

no it wont replace your wantlist if you are adding cards to your collection by inputting them. You would have to use the "Add to collection" in collection summary under  the Selection box arrow. Or use the remove selection if you already put a card in your "collection"

If that makes any sense to you.

Just seems like an odd design choice that using one method to add cards to your collection removes them from your want list and other methods dont.

And that there is no automated method to clean it up.

Not quite what you are looking for but there are 2 new features you can vote for (one is a list of wants and haves for a team, player or collection) that would give users more control of how they view their various lists and allow them to avoid wasting time scrolling through pages and pages of variations and parallels they are not interested in.

Not an automated clean-up method - but they would make that sort of basic collection maintenance a lot easier.

What you want is a report that would tell you all the cards that you have on both your want list and in your collection.   You can always ask for a New Feature to do this.    Some members may want 2 or more cards on their lists.  So it would not be helpful to them if it was done automatically.  

Another report that would be nice is:  Reports that shows if you have more than one of the same card in your lists.  It would be helpful as we all make mistakes and may not need 2 or more cards in these lists.

You can make a Trade Matching report (with yourself) to see if you have any cards on your want list and on your FS/FT list.  We all make mistakes and this will show up any in this area.

Reports like this would help us clean up our lists.   But does not stop us from doing it again.   The new feature listed here would be helpful but does not keep us from making mistakes which we need to clean up.    The reports would help us find our mistakes.  

There are two different options in the menu:

Add Another to Collection 

Add to Collection 

Using the first will not clear it from a want list. The second is designed to do exactly that, so that when you get a card that was on your want list you don't have to remove it and then add it to your collection. You must have been using the second option.
