This is what I get. Wonder how long it will be down.?
This area is currently down for maintenance.
This maintenance is needed to correct server performance issues. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Yup, I was pulling cards in a large trade and adding Traders as I found those I had more to trade. Then all of a sudden, I can't add anything to my collection, traders or want lists. Maybe everyone on here needs to start offering advice to Admin on how to fix his site, you know recalling the bit of computer programming we all did in school.

That was up part of yesterday too. As there is still some internitent slowness, they seem to be working on it again. Thankfully I printed out my huge trade so I can still pull cards.

It's one of those things where you have to think back to what may have changed right before the problems started. Site update? New feature? OR perhaps something used to run the site had an upgrade.

Message now says maintenance is 25% done. I suppose that means it'll take a few days before everything is working normally.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I don't know anything about the site maintenance but I've had issues all week. The site has been very slow and I've got a lot more ads appearing now. I now have an ad banner at the top and bottom of my (iPad) screen. I think it started Sunday, maybe Monday. I always had one on the side but these banners just started. I figured that was what causing the slow down, but maybe not. I also was wondering if the "partnership" with SportLots was affecting the speed. The other thing I've noticed is the size of my "page" keeps changing. When I open the site it's at the size I'm used to and then will suddenly "shrink". If I read a forum post and then return to the home page it will be "normal" then suddenly shrink again. Me, being cynical, suspected that it was so I could see more advertising. I might have to budget the ad-free subscription for 2023 - if I have any money left after the market crashes.
I guess I picked a bad time to attempt trading for the remaining 2021 Platinum Anniversary cards I need. Hopefully all the maintenance will be finished soon and the site we know and love will be back up and running.

That is one of my biggest pet peeves with websites. If they know the site is going to have maintance they should put up a note saying starting at X time the site will be undergoing work so people have a heads up.

Site has been slow for me all week as well. Did see that the maintence sign is down, but still running slow. If there really is an ad free subscription sign me up. The ads have been getting ridiculous as of late.
