Received cards from six trades today. Eight total envelopes. Plus an eBay purchase. Approximately 100 cards total. My wife was like, WTF? What's the most you've gotten in one day?

Most I have got in the mail was about 400 cards. Once was early this year when I shipped over my Shipmycards and Sportlots boxes (this was made up of 31 Sportlots purchases and about 64 separate eBay/Beckett/other purchases) and the other was a bunch of cards from https://baseballcardstore.ca/
Both were great fun to go through.

I don't know what would be my most packages in a single day, but I'd guess 4-6 since I don't do many trades at once. I do know that I've received over 700 cards in a single trade about 6-8 times over the years though. I think the highest number in a single package was just short of 1100 cards. I've done at least a dozen trades with over 500 cards in a single package. I like BIG trades!!!

I don't remember how many cards, but some years back maybe 10 or more? I once got 11 packages of cards in one day, PWEs from Sportlots and small Ebay orders, padded bubble mailers of difference sizes and one or two boxes. Some of them may have been trades. It was back when I used to record most of my maildays at my TCC forums blog and in a forum at TCZ (Trading Card Zone, now Sports Card Club SCC) for maildays. I used to get backed up on my mailday postings too often. Then it became too much to catch up.

Between E-Bay and trades I think 13 was the most in one day. Yes I've got a problem. At that time I had between 25 and 30 trades going all the time.

Always looking for Blackhawk hockey, Notre Dame Football, White Sox and Bears Stuff. I have a plaque in my card room that says, "I could have been a millionaire but my mom threw out my baseball cards". How apropos!!! Collecting Chicago Blackhawks Hockey, Doug Wilson Hockey, Chicago Bears Older, Notre Dame Football in their college jerseys and Chicago White Sox.

I am not a very big trader. In fact, I haven't done a trade in a few years. However I was curious in general the other day what the best and cheapest (but also safe) way is to send say 30-50 cards. I have always used bubble mailers and toploaders. I currently have penny sleeves and toploaders. I have 1 plastic flip case in my supply box but probably only holds about 15-20.

I purchased a 100k plus card collection several years back that took up the back of my wife's SUV, both back seats and the passenger seat. When I got home she was ready to kill me over it.
