I had a trade go sideways after both sides agreed to trade the cards because we learned it was an international transaction.

That transaction has sbeen sitting as "Unfinished" since Nov 7, 2020. Can I delete this? If so, how?

If it's left unfinished it will eventually be deleted within the TCDB system. I believe it's 90 days, though. I may be wrong on the amount of time but not about what happens.

One thing I've thought would be a good work around is to simply go through the whole process of just making the transcation complete (if there's not too many cards involved) and then adjust the cards as needed 0 put back on Want List or Want List. The transaction will remain on the records, but the cards won't.

Joshua is right. If both sides mark it unfinished, it will be deleted 90 days later. No cards go anywhere so you don't have to manually move, delete or re-add the cards.

this helps me alot. I suppose that's why bobscardz marked our trade as unfinished. but UNFINISHED sounds to me like someone is intending to finish the deal. where in my case he owes me a lot of cards and has no intentions of getting right with me.  confusing
