I like it and think it is a pretty nice addition and work around to all the input Admin has received on the topic I am sure. In those situations where a .10 card had $4/shipping we can tell by clicking on the data and looking at it. I can pretty quickly weed out or calculate such information to get an idea of what it "really" sold for. As the site builds more data under with the same entries of price for card and price for shipping, I would think the law of averages will eventually help even more.
I like the addition/edits for the pricing - I think it only makes this great site better.

I agree, Admin, has taken all the info and opinions and chosen to allow pricing to work this way on his site.
Here's what it looks like with the shipping detailed - great setup!

You still need to use common sense when adding prices. Sometimes one sale isn't a true reflection of the typical value of a card or cards. It's ok to not report it.

Expect the same in return. 1989 and older are assigned a grade. Everything on my trade list is available for sale. Reasonable prices based on condition. If it's not on my tradelist, it's not available.

So I buy cards from COMC They have a .25 for handling plus shipping. I pay .25 for the card and .25 for the handling and .05 for shipping because I ship 100 cards for $4.99 So should I put price .25 +.29 shipping or is the shipping $4.99??? The link shows I paid .50. but the link is blank for everyone except me when I'm logged in.

Just my 2 cents here......
I would do it as .25 + .29 shipping/handling since that was what was paid for that single card. One other thing I thought about while perusing this topic is that the price paid should be the retail before any discounts or codes, etc.... like the ones from baseballcardstore.ca .....he has the code for any card .10....I think they shouldn't be put in as .10, but as .25 (if that was the price)

Regarding cards purchased in a lot, perhaps there could be a box we check to indicate that it was purchased in a lot. That way when people are looking at prices they can see that yes the price is lower than others but the reason why is because it was a lot purchase.

So despite having submitted hundreds of prices in the past I now have to wait around while someone reviews and approves my price submissions?

It seems once a few get approved you get the green light.

I would like to see that as an option.

I don't think lot prices are a good idea.. I mean if I sell you a lot with a $200 mickey mantle and a $3 jose canseco for $203, you cant just split the lot price and enter you paid $101.50 for jose and $101.50 for mickey
