I put a couple of ads touting tcdb on facebook lately so there will likely be another spike in new members coupled with the higher volume likely from the "forced to stay at home" era we are presently in.
Stay safe everyone!

Bruno, think you nailed the cost.
Even upgrading my Internet Service, going gig. Adding a new modem/router. Paying to have the speediest site possible.....THERE IS A SLOWER TCDB recently.

So why are you on the site when I am trying to use it????????

I will entertain trades but please don't offer me a 1993 Dave Stieb for a Nolan Ryan rookie. I prefer player for player (at least similar era and similar stardom).

We lived out in the country once, for a little less than a year, and besides being a city boy in no man's land my second biggest complaint was of the slow internet. At the time the only option was satellite, and the cost was three times what we pay now for a tenth of the speed, AND we'd constantly struggle to keep below the threshold where they'd slow us down even more. My wife couldn't understand why my fantasy sports required me to limit my kids online studies.

What this guy said. Us red-neckers always have a different idea of internet LOL. I like early morning and late night too, why? Because JR in bed and no Netflix. As an aside, we had lost ours for almost a week, some jerk(s) in NJ hacked in somehow. Got it back yesterday after what 5 days of backlog, simply couldnt get through. All fixed now, thanks Jerome whereever you mat be. But anyhoo like sandy says we mwasure it based on my neighbors who are beamed into the same tower 4 miles away. As for last night it was family fued / the good doctor night so was not on.

My TCDB site has been slow loading and lagging for several weeks now. I first noticed the change exactly coinciding with the domain change recently ("tcdb.com"). For ten years there was never an issue with "tradingcarddb.com". Is anyone aware of a.) the reason?
b.) a fix?

Lag is killing me. Very impatient and I have no issues with other sites when looking at the web. Has to be a TCDB issue. Want so bad to do some more trading, but it takes me up to an hour to search for one trade. Hopefully it gets figured out.
