The site has evolved over those 16 years because of constructive suggestions by members. If there is something constructive in this thread, I've missed it. Forgive me.

I did not mean to come across as bashing the site, i quite enjoy it. my opinion though is that i believe a lot of new members may give up as its not so easy to understand at the beginning, no idea how to change that but as a new member joining i was unaware of so much that you could actually do on this website and when i found about certain things that you can do, it took quite some time to figure out how to do it. I have also been talking to other collectors who tried to join the website but they did give up because they were unaware of things or couldnt figure it out

FWIW the IG on his profile has a screenshot of this site from a few months ago, so he isn't totally new here. It seems like he signed up to ask a question, but ending with the backhanded comment about the site (which is going to offend anyone that has worked hard to improve things over the past decade plus) without including examples of what could be better is going to trigger people.

We all know it is not perfect, nothing is. As we all want something done a little differently. It is old I want it done my way.
It has been here 16 years and have changed a lot with the help of a lot of members like Dan. I have been here for 6 years and have seen a lot of change. (For the good and a couple of things that I do not care about or think was needed.)
I spent months just going through all the area that I can click on just to see what happen. I learned a lot, but I still have to remember where they are now. You can find areas in several ways. I'm still learning and trying to remember.
I have put in several New Features Request and gotten back a reply from Admin. "This is the same as doing this." He was right but I just did not see it before or remembered it.
I hope all members (new and old) understand this site is always changing and hope they willing to help out in any way they can.

Also, you can learn it all by buying the $59.99 book. (No video version yet.) :)

FWIW I think the static FAQ and wonky forum search need improvements to help users find answers quicker, but with only one Admin, it's going to be tough to get everything done. I've worked with self-learning knowledge bases in the past and found them extremely helpful, but it would take an extra investment to get one built.

One question I had was is there a way to see all of the collectors on here who have completed a particular set?
There sort of is in a long about way. If there is another way I haven't figured it out yet. When looking at a particular set on it's set page go to the "collection summary" page (it is for the cards you have in your collection mainly) scroll down the "reports" section and click the link for "Members with cards from this set in their collection" and it shows a list of the members that have cards (any cards) in the set. It lists the members in alpha-order with the number of cards they have from the set in (parenthesis). Then it is a matter of matching the members who have the total number of cards in the set next to their name. Sets from popular years with a large number of cards and a huge number of members with cards from the set might take a while to load.
