when do cards leave my In-transit list?

When you update to "Package Received" for those coming your way and when your trade partner does the same for those going out of your collection.  At least that is how I have experienced it. That is why it is important to go through all of the steps in the correct order.

So, if I didn't hit package received and went right to completed transaction they will stay there?

Not sure;never did that but I suspect that is why some cards never get removed or enter people's collection as the database is supposed to do. There have been similar discussions on this issue and members made it very clear to follow each and every step of the process.

Correct, pacage received must be marked before transaction completed.

I'm pretty sure you can go to your collection, go to the in transit list near the bottom, and change each one individually from in transit to in collection (maybe a bulk way to do that also)

If both sides don't click 'package received' before clicking 'transaction complete', the cards will not transfer out of In-transit. It has to then be done manually and one card at a time (unless Admin has altered that recently).

I figured out that I can do it manually, so that works.

To the admins, is their a way to make cards unavailable is the are earmarked for a trade?

I have had to tell other folks that the cards are already out for trade when they propose a trade with me. 

Can those cards be goasted out? 

Also, is it possible to make the in transit colors different for coming and going?
