If you are looking to start but don't know where to begin you could always check the One and Done thread and see if you have any of them you want to move.
Sometimes when I get a stash of duplicates from a set, I'll go to that set's Collection Summary, and click on where you can see who has it in their wantlist. I have not had much luck, but I was able to complete at least one person's wantlist. (I have used it to make trades more often than for PIFs to be honest).
Team collectors are the easiest to send PIFs to. When I get enough duplicates to fill a bubble mailer I send them off. Since I have not been doing much buying lately I haven't had much to send out, but I sent out 4 or 5 this month...a couple of whom posted in this thread I think.
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
