Trading at your own risk only can hold true when you actually know who you are trading with. In this case, if someone has created yet another new ID, it makes that very difficult.
If the person is from the Wilkes-Barre, PA area and goes by either Shawn or Jackie, then you know who it is, and the plethora of previous IDs. Trader truly beware.

Yes - risk. Does someone have low feedback numbers or not many completed trades? Is this a newer profile/member? Does it look too similar to someone I have no interest in interacting with? All of that falls under trade at your own risk.
Good talk.

The person does state they live in Wilkes Barre. Under 10 feedback, Jackie is the name. Even though I got my cards, I'm trying to say that this appears to be the normal routine. Make a small amount of successful trades, then it gets out of control. Just saying to be cautious, too many people here had a bad experience and for new people joining it's worse.

What a great way to get rid of my old DVDs! And VHS, and CEDs!

if trading with Shawn/Jackie ALWAYS require they send first and only send after you receive. What I normally do is pull their cards put them to the side and then once I receive and certify the condition of the cards mail their half out. Makes it a longer ordeal but I would rather just mark it an unfinished trade and let it drop off rather then deal with the issues of a bad trade. Trade With Caution

Longer ordeal? Some have been waiting years.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.
