Last Friday, I placed an order on Sportlots. I received an email notification of my order containing the order number. I also received an email stating stating payment had been made. When I click on the order number I received in the email, I am receiving "ODBscript error." When on click on My Orders, it doesn't show my order.
I am trying to find a way to email Sportslot to check on my order but can not figure out how since there is no order there. I would appreciate any help someone could provide.

Charles, I would still send them an email with the order # you were given in the email.

Try to contact Sportlots. Explain them your situation. They will be able to help you. Under Help there is a Contact Us link.

I’ve gone to the “contact sprotlot” section and with through all of the suggested questions areas. All refer back to submitting questions through the order which isn’t available to me in “My Orders.”
is there a generic email to use?

Try the link in a different browser. Sometimes a browser or anti-virus update will cause issues.

Well I have tried all of the suggestions provided and nothing. I am surprised there isn’t a better way to contact an admin for help. I guess I’ll try to get payment refunded. Not sure what else to do. Never had any issue before when ordering from Sportlots.

Hi Charles - Does the Help/Contact Sportlots link in the bottom-right corner of the home page not work for you?

Under Buyer Questions, select "Other Questions".
The Order ID and Seller ID fields don't have to be filled in.

I haven’t received neither an order ID or seller info. That is why I am unable to communicate and am looking for an option to contact someone in admin.
