I like certain types of CLs. The ones that Ultra, UD and (original) Leaf did in the early to mid-90's with a player photo in the background were awesome. I also like team CL's with the CL on the back and a team photo on the front with a manager inset photo in a corner. As for just a list of cards on a card, I only liked them when they were team-specific, even if it was multiple teams on the same card (like Fleer and Donruss in the early 1980's). I will say that they were important in the early days of trading cards and up into the 1980's, but not at all important now. I did like how Topps and Donruss started putting CL papers into boxes in the mid-2000's that included all base cards and inserts and such. Not seeing that anymore really, but those were the only CL's that I ever actually marked on since it was just paper.
Lastly, I also don't use X/Twitter or any of the other popular social media sites. However, TCDB is literally a social media site too. Just wanted to point that out...
