Question re: 2022-23 UD Hockey

I was wondering, series 1 and 2 have young guns cards (201-250, 451-500) that are of more value than base cards, but for the extended series, cards 731-750 aren't YG cards, but are 'first round draft pick' cards. Are they considered base cards? I'm guessing not because cards 701-730 are YG cards.

Cards 701 to 730 are actually Young Guns. The First Round Draft pick cards sell for significantly less than the same player Young Guns. For example Owen Power's Young Gun in raw format can be had for about $35 on Comc. His 1st round is less than $10. All cards sequentially numbered in UD flagship so that includes the Young Guns are considered part of the base set.
