I like they way the article said many were "well-preserved."

If I found such a stash of true vintage cards, I would not be grading or selling them; I would be enjoying them and leaving a note for my son that upon my death, he can do what he wishes with them but to look into the value before he does.

My sister and I have been cleaning out my parents house for the past several months after my dad died (mom is in a nursing home) and so far all we've found is tons and tons and tons of glassware. I did find a couple 1950s political trading cards that were cool but they are in horrible condition and not all that valuable even in mint, and I've been finding all my old trading cards from when I was a kid. Star Wars mostly. Nothing I'll be retiring on any time soon.
