I'm sure someone knows this off the top of their head:

I have my autographs and memorabilia cards in top loaders. I have infinitely more of these now than my 12 year old self could have imagined. Any good ideas for a smart and easier way to store these? Basically, what's out there that would securely hold top loaders?

It wouldn't surprise me if there were Pelican cases (or the like) that are specifically built for top loaders much like they have for graded cards.

For cost and efficiency sake I store them in thee row boxes for top loaders. I know some people like to consistently look through their collection and I get it. But the cost and space issue becomes a problem real fast. 
 

I do use another sleeve for the top loaders called superior fit sleeves for my personal collection. That’s just my ocd because I like to flip through and see my cards without scratching up the top loaders.

I'll second this recommendation. This is exactly what I use for my Topps MLB Living Set collection, which easily allows for 200 cards per row with a little room for duplicates.

I also use the inner sleeves and top loader sleeves from SFI for my permanent collection.
