In some ways, the fact that it's down to the number of new users is a compliment to the site.

I haven't had any issues today, but it's been slower over the past week or so. Must be all those 80s and 90s junk wax I've been adding lately. 

That's actually amazingly good news!  Hopefully they are all hard at work uploading their collections and we'll soon have a whole slew of new trading parntners. 

Wow! It's awesome that the reason this site is this way because its becoming more popular. I can definitely live with that!

Also, I, too, noticed the statement above RCOTD. Admin gets a huge thumbs up for that, as well. I would think that their attention was mostly focused on trying to correct the issue and something like probably didn't occur to them. Hopefully that puts the multiple threads about site performance to bed.

I'm glad there is new traffic - hopefully it will translate to new members- I've got squote a few people I'm waiting to see on here.

  Plus for my fellow volunteer workers, if anyone happens to use WikiTree , WiiData or Familysearch.org/ Ancestry I created a new "tag" that links a profile directly to their player bio or card image list on here...BUT I don't know how to code very well as I have to individually add it to each page- if anyone wants to help ;) 

 I cross-promoted our cool database to a couple of collector's groups and to other historians / genealogists to help.get more links- thus. more people joining from that as well as through social media- but I'm saving that post to see if y'all get a shout out on this week's "Top 10" ;)

P. S. -  Does anyone know if there are XS women's or kids shirts to order yet / again(?)- I'd love to order to wear & buy for a few other people-
