sooo. i happen to pick up a couple packs of some 2004 Football Fleer Inscribed packs... in one i pulled a redemption auto for Warrick Dunn.. on the back of the card, it says "there is no expiration date for the card" and provides a mailing address for it... with the comp out of biz... what you think? take a chance and mail it there? try to contact UD (in which i NEVER had any luck getting responses in the past) or just enjoy the moment of a "could have been auto'?

anyone try to redeem old one's like this before or know of a good contact to call?

Don't bother, the cards are all gone.  Back when the company was going trhough bankruptcy, I had some high end redemption cards from the 2004 Fleer Greats of the Game waiting to be redeemed, including a dual auto #/25.  With the bankruptcy, they just gave out any auto for any auto redemption.  I ended up with some cheap basketball cards.  I think the employees probably walked off with all of the good stuff.  The rest was sold at auction.  UD got the name, that's it.

i kinda figured that, reading other articles, those employees really did a number from that. almost makes you wonder now, if a card is #'d to 100 how many cards actually exist from that

You could try to contact UD and give them a hard time about it. They bought the name, seems they should assume the responsibilty of any offers Fleer had made, espically if the card doesn't have an experation date.

It's already a "No" if you dont try.
