What I'm bothered by, more than anything, is that based on some of the site and owner's word choices, it sounds very much like he is insinuating that his site is a DATABASE and the world's largest at that, that has information they put together: (from the FAQ under "Missing card data")
"At BSC, we have worked diligently to gather the data for 13M+ sports cards from the 1860s to modern day across every sport. We have amassed the largest card database in the process but it is possible we may have missed something. If you think we are missing something, please let us know at support@buysportscards.com."
I just did a quick look at his cards listed by sport vs TCDB's current cards listed by sport. They are nearly identical. I wonder if he's continuously mining TCDB and updating his site as we add to this one.

This is a good point, that I didn't consider. It is probable that many sites/apps are getting data this way such as BSC, Beckett Marketplace, Card Ladder, CenterStage (app), Market Movers, WhatNot, and also TCDB.
On a side note, it seems like a better experience than FeeBay so if it helps the hobby that way I won't complain too much

Before we get too up in arms, let's not overlook the fact that we have point miners who do the same thing, stealing scans from other sites to add here, for those precious points.
Turning off trading because my collection is in complete disarray after moving and I don't know when I can get it organized.
