I have been using paypal shipping for a long time. Usually when I send a brown envelope 6x9 first class the cost is in the $3.50 range depending on where it is going. Today I used the new paypal shipping for the first time and it only charged me $1.67 for the same.Do you think I did something wrong?

Looks like it gave you the non-package first class rate, which would be a new addition to the service. Everything under the old one (which I'm still functioning under) starts with the package rates.

You aren't sending internationally, though, are you? Because then that price range is possible.
