Joe Torre - 2021 Topps Promo Card?

At a minor league game this week, I saw a stack of Joe Torre baseball cards in a Topps 2021 design. The card promotes Joe Torre's Safe at Home foundation to protect those suffering from domestic violence. Just wondering - will this be a card that can be databased on this site? If it has already - can someone point me where to find it?
