Correct--flat rate shipping, and you can actually have them hold your purchases until you want them shipped. Also, they're a member here which is pretty cool 

I've done one order so far of 250 cards, so $25 plus $4.99 shipping, and my experience was great in terms of accuracy and how the cards were packed.

The recent batch of people selling on Ebay would have loved the days of "nothing is priced and it all costs Beckett high value mint, regardless of condition AKA right before the bubble burst." Its a miracle when they ship something properly nowadays too.

I've never understood complaining about Sportlots shipping. If you order from 10 different sellers you are going to pay 10 s/h charges. If the s/h is too high for your liking, then don't buy from that seller. Move onto the next seller.

Or use the box shipping option and hardly pay any shipping. No one is twisting anyone's arm.

Some great suggestions - COMC was really great pre-COVID, but their shipping delays are beyond ridiculous now. I have been waiting since October for an order and made another one in Feb and need to wait (apparently ) until September. 

I ordered from cardbarell last week (and done so a few times) and never had an issue - solid guys there and shipping is reasonable. 

I agree on EBAY - the issue is it is still the go to for many sellers and now that supply is limited, it's a thing to watch and the shipping kills me in Canada. Just bought a Brady Singer auto card and paid $25 shipping/duty on top of card price. It's a crime

In the same vein, does anyone know a place to purchase non-sport singles besides eBay? I can't for the life of me find one...

COMC and Kronozio have non-sports cards

I've had some success with FB marketplace for big purchases, although their search engine is awful. It's not great for small single purchases but I've purchased a couple autos for "low" eBay prices.

I'll throw another hat in the ring for baseballcardstore.ca. I've heard nothing but good reviews, and I placed an order this morning. 76 cards coming to my door for a grand total of $12.59. Maybe I should wait to vouch for them until the cards actually show up, but I'm quite confident (based on my site interactions and other reviews) that there won't be any issues. I would encourage anyone to check them out if you're looking for affordable set fillers and singles.
