The temorarily stopped the credit around the time they got backed up last year. I have a feeling that it probably won't return though. Once they return to normal, maybe they might bring it back a short time, but I'm not holding my breath.

I requested my shipment in September. Ship date estimate was dec 15. It was shipped Jan 15 and received soon after that Used regular ship charge without upgrades. FYI. Mark

Thanks for the update. I always waited until I got exactly 100 cards so the shipping was free. Now I need to figure out a new threshold before requesting shipping.

I requested a shipment back in October and got a ship date of 2/18/21 so I hope it will be shipped out in the week. No communication, no adjustment by them to improve shipping times. They have permenently lost my business.

To be fair there's limits to how much they can do to "improve" shipping times when there's limits to the number of people they can have working at a given time AND their business is probably up with most everyone stuck at home because of the COVID stuff
