Retired from the Air Force in 2001 at the age of 41. Been enjoying full-time retirement ever since.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Math teacher working from home. Challenging, but I am getting the hang of the technology.
-------------------------------
Like a couple other members, I just have gotten back into collecting due to home time during this pandemic. My wife suggested I go through and organize my cards (she likes things super organized), now I think she is sorry she did! Bought my first new cards since 1993, and am really enjoying the hobby again. I am interested in building baseball sets, and have been focused on sets from my childhood (80s-early 90s). Love the Heritage sets and am building all of those. I also am a Penn State Football junkie, and will consider ANY trade involving players in the Penn State uniform.

Unemployed architect. Let go on February 19th and given 1 month severance. Lots of open positions at other firms. My wife suggested I take a month "off" and relax before starting a new job. Who was I to disagree.
Month/ 4 weeks was ending and suddenly....
No one hiring right now and it may be 3-4 more months before I can find a job. I should have immediately interviewed and found a job, but hindsight is 20/20.
Good news: I'm making lots of trades. Getting (slowly) organized and blessed with a supportive, loving (and working) wife.

Retired as school administrator in '18, began work as office manager for our church in August last year, and am basically working from home as I handle the bookkeeping, maintain the website, and update scriptural readings and prayer requests weekly.
I am still very active in the hobby with ongoing trades, organizing, and purchasing what I cannot trade for. (Still looking for those poor condition Willie Mays cards.)
Stay safe.

Working full time. 31st year at the Postal Service in rural delivery. Have heard many rumors and read stories about the Postal Service's demise. I am hoping it doesn't come any time soon.

Still working, and somehow working from home has left me with less hobby time (more figuring out the kids online learning and wife sponsored tasks).
