I think the card companies should be suing ebay. Maybe then ebay will enforce their own rules.

I did write a very strongly worded email to Topps a couple weeks ago about this topic, with examples and still have not heard back.

I've submitted ebay links to card companies and Getty Images. I've never heard back nor seen listings removed.

For auction formated listings I guess by the time they bother pulling the listing the auction would be just about over anyway. I've noticed many card sellers opt for quick 3 day or less listings. Not always but it seems more popular than the standard 7 day listings. Then again it has been ages since I have actually paid attention to when Ebay auctions end, I usually just search on listings with "Buy It Now" or in store listings.

I send the Seller's profile link. These sellers always have copyright violations for sale. And why wouldn't they, seems like ebay and the companies aren't going to stop them.

It would be great if the companies had a police force. Imagine a group showing up at their door, busting it down, confiscating all items made or used in making their cards and dragging them out in handcuffs!
