That's always a concern I have. When you insure something that is over $1000 in value, always a chance it might walk away on its own. Happened once to me on an $80 item I sold. Signed for too. PO didnt care, nor did Ebay or Paypal.

Why would anyone send something so valuable through the mail to begin with? For such a high price tag, I might be willing to spend the money on a plane ticket, fly across the country, and hand-deliver it.

Agreed. I can think of several more secure ways of sending something that valuable. This stinks of insurance fraud

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I mean is it really more ridiculous the 60k+ for a picture of a guy that is or was really good at hitting, throwing catching or shooting a ball?
