I'm starting the major overhaul of my listings and have one big question. If I use the "move everything to another collection" does absolutely everything move, i.e. wantlist, collection and sale/trade cards or can you specify what you are moving? I only want to transfer my sale/trade cards, then one set at a time when verified, back to the proper collection. I figure this would be the easiest way to ensure nothing is missed.

Everything gets moved if you're looking at everything. If you're only looking at your Haves, then only your Haves get moved. Same thing for Wants, In-Transit, etc.

I send what was just said. I'm in the middle of doing the same thing, especially moving FS/T to it's own collection. I go to my collection screen and then FS/T box. From there I select the sport and then all sets with my traders appear. I click on each set, verify that only my traders are showing and then transfer them to their new collection. I will occasionally verify that the set is still whole. I have yet to have issues. The ones I want to move, move and the ones I want to stay, stay.

Just on football, I have 14 pages of sets... I'm hoping for a shortcut.

Jimetal's way is the quickest I know of.  His method takes you directly to the traders rather than the collection summary where you have to single out the traders.

If ever Admin implemented a function to move cards by team, it would speed things up drastically.  There will always be thousands of sets and players, but only a few teams.  Maybe that's something he is working on. 

I thought about that method, but that's still quite a few sets. I decided to take the chance and went with the option under "Your Collection", then scroll down to Actions. I clicked on "Move everything into another collection ." Everything moved but still stayed in its appropriate sub collection. That's what I was hoping for. My fear was that everything would be combined into one category. It will now be easier to make any corrections. As each set is verified, it will be individually transferred back to the main collection. Anything leftover will be verified.
