I don’t want to sound like a jerk, but may I suggest another Forum Post with the subject: Any Members in Nebraska [or wherever] Want to Meet Up? Then give your general location and ask people to PM you. I suspect you'll get some hits.

You are not a jeck and yor way may be better. Though people would check my profile and see I'm in Longmont CO. I do know a few members and contacted them but just wondering if there was a way to do it. Some members do not read these postings.
wbaker01 did a post about meeting up in our area and just though if there was a betteer way to contact member it may be helpful to get some thing rolling.

Only Friends can see where you are on your profile (if you've enabled it). I just checked it and couldn't tell where you are.

Added my location to my profile. Though it was there. I'm still learning thing about this site. Will double check and see what I'm missing in other areas.

Would love to see this available but some may feel it's a privacy concern..But then again in this day and age, we can find out just about any info about someone with a simple Google search..
