I want to change my goal. I want to be a vacuum, the trash pile, recycle bin whatever you want to call it. Between the 2017 goals (not) met and new 2018 goals plenty have said they want to clear out their collections. I'm sure I can find a happy home for them...just saying. Don't do bricks though, I have a few of my own. Sorry David......

Go to a teams page, then your collection screen where you see your completion %, then it should be after all the Match your Wantlist to member For Sale lists options.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Alternate route is to go to your collection and click stats beside the sport. Then click the team link on that page to get you to the same spot.
I am #3 for Carolina Panthers and only 11 cards behind second. I am currently #290 for St. Louis Cardinals, but I have barely entered any so far. Once I add them, I should move into the 30's. I don't mean 230's, I should land around 35th overall.

For some reason, I don’t see this option anywhere for teams, unless it is not available on the mobile version on the site.

I don't know where I will end up with Cardinals. Probably not as high as I should be. I imagine a lot of set-builders will have a lot more than me, simply because the sets they built would all have a bunch of Cardinals. After seeing how low I am with Pacers, I don't even want to look at where I am with Cardinals. I would be ashamed.

Don't discard your place on the list! If you are a fan, you'll post those numbers and be proud. There is NO way I can top the #1 person on the list at nearly 13K Cardinals cards. That's about 10x more than I have, but I am very proud of my collection and I always will be. You should be too.

As we approach the end of the year, I will chime in with a few goals of my own;
1) Complete the reorganization of my Phillies collection as started in Nov. 2017
2) SLOWLYYYYYYY reenter the trade arena - probaly mid Jan. As many know I took a break from trading, but will be back.
3) Organize into binders my Yankee Topps and Bowman team sets
4) Work on completeing sets / incerts on manufactures no longer making Phillies cards ( Upper Deck, Fleer , odd stuff )
Just keeping it simple and organized is enough for me.

lets see. i cut back tremendously on my single player collecting (Eli Manning) and broadened my scope to building some sets mainly due to lots going on in my personal life...so for this year
1. I HAVE to stop chasing squirrels.. i bounce all over the place buying stuff- and need to finish off some sets and inserts that i started already which inlcude:
A.. I completed the 2017 boman purple and need to complete the Purple Prospects (baseball)
B. Would really like to fill up more on the 2016/2017 Bowman Autos (baseball)
C. Do the same with the 2018 set
D. Finish 2004 SPX football (only need a few more)
E. Get closer to finishing the 2016 Panini Contenders (need about 55 or so on the Rookie Autos)
F. Crack my piggy bank for the 2014 Immacualte Moments Tom Brady to finish that insert
G. Try to pick up a few vintage RC's (baseball)- i was going to build sets starting with the 1965 season, but got diverted so may just do singles of certain HOF'ers and Phillies
H. Along the way, at least try to work towards Eli's rookie year
so, if you have anything above- i may not have something to trade but i'm sure we can work out a price-- and Happy Holidays everyone!

My goals for 2018 can be summed up in one word, expansion.
- Expand my team sets of Houston Colt 45s, Houston Astros, and Dallas Cowboys with an eye toward completing most through their 1989 sets;
- Expand my ongoing collection of star and favorite players from the aforementioned, and other, teams;
- Expand my overall player collection by beginning new quests of players like Fernando Valenzuela, Kirk Gibson, Mike Hargrove, Andy Pettitte, Fred Patek, Dave Concepcion, Mickey Rivers, Ivan Rodriguez, Lou Whitaker, Chris Chambliss, Dave Kingman, Donn Clendenon, Nomar Garciaparra, Toby Harrah, Billy Hunter, Bob Keegan, Ron Kline, Albert Pujols,Tim Raines, and Chris Speier;
- Expand my horizons and begin collecting memorabilia, autographs, and serial numbered cards of the players I collect.
I've set up lists that will show my goals to anyone who's interested, and I'll be keeping track of my progress and movement on the collection rankings for each team and player.
-------------------------------
Taking a break until November 6th.

One way to help with goals is to print them and place them were you can see them to help remind you. I have just posted mine on my wall.

My Goals for 2018 are pretty simple since I just got back into collecting this past year, they are:
1. Get more binders for my cards (I think I've doubled the amount of cards I have in the past year)
2. Complete the Topps base sets from 1980 to 2016 (Minus 1987, 1988, 1990, & 2000 to 2009)
Hope everyone has a safe and happy new year!
