You were also wrong in the fact that Canada no longer uses pennies. If you pay cash here, your total is rounded off to the nearest nickel.

We finally got rid of the penny when enough people accepted that it cost more to make a penny than what it was worth. Sometimes slow in coming around but we are a people who are willing to change, just like the acceptance of our $1 and $2 coins. They were started because a $1 bill only stayed in circulation for 8 months before it was too tattered to be used. Coins stay forever.

I'd be more than willing to send you a penny or cent as I have about 20,000 of them still in jars from when I thought I'd try collecting them way, way back in the 60's and 70's. And yes they have followed me around through every move and now like sandyrusty said there not even in use anymore. Go figure and who da thunk-it. My 2 cents worth... :-)

I had issues with the (single) paypal application years ago when trying to do a second label, so I just opened a new window and worked fine (and already signed in since other session was open still).

so I have used that habit of one window per label ever since then.

Not a link issue - I enter the address, get to the next screen, and under where it says Shipping Information, I get the eternal spinning circle. I was getting something similar doing the US shipments, but there was a Done button I could click, and then just edit the shipment, and voila, done. Not the case with these.

Is anyone else not seeing the shipping option at PayPal? Did it get disabled temporarily? I've used it hundreds of times, but not in the last month or so. Now the link is gone on my account and when I use the hyperlink in this chain to get to the shipping section, it says I need to verify my account (which has been done). When I go to verify my account, it is already verified.

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it. It wasn't in it's obvious location and I had to do a little more hunting to get to it. Multi-Order Shipping is no longer available to non-business accounts. You can only create a label from a transaction. When you have opened your account in PayPal, copy and past this in your browser to create a shipping label that might not be linked to a PayPal transaction:
