I feel like Bill Schroeder has a ghostwriter. The Brewers in the 80's seem way too savvy about public safety.

These 80's Brewers police sets are interesting, there is one printed for each of dozens of police departments in Wisconsin. People used to try to get all the variations, even the ones for tiny towns.
