Good morning y'all!

As some of you already know, I'm a high school English teacher along with being a coach. I had an epiphany yesterday while watching the Super Bowl about how I could integrate my hobby into my career. So here's my thought...I was looking at the Allen & Ginter cards and noticed a few of the informational cards (historical and what not) and figured I could use those in my classroom for educational purposes (topic of the day, writing prompt ideas, research). If anyone has any that they would like to trade to me, I have about 3,000 or so cards on my trade list. If anyone thinks this is a nutty idea, tell me now! 😂😂

I'm a retired school administrator who spent 2/3 of my career in the classroom and I've used cards for lessons and related activities, along with training teachers to do the same.

I don't know if I have what you want specifically, but as for ideas I'd love to discuss those with you as I believe you'd be on the right track. PM when you have time.

I have dupes from all Allen & Ginter sets, 06-2020, so if you have any names of people you are interested in send me a message. I'd be happy to look, just dont have the time to scroll through all the sets right now. Great idea. I forgot, I also have dupes from Upper Deck Goodwin Champions 2011.2012.2013.2019. Thanks! I'm transferring the info to a spreadsheet now that I can hopefully share. It's looking like anywhere from 15-25 cards per set. I appreciate it!!

You should check out this set: 1994-01 Grolier Story of America Cards. I don't have any cards from this set but have 100s from a set titled 1979-81 Panarizon Story of America. The checklist for these cards have not yet been entered and may be tough to find. These cards are oversized and very similar in design to the Sportscaster cards from 1977-81.

Holy mess!!! That's 2500 cards. Really similar to something I had when I was younger...hmmm...

Sportscaster cards....where have these been all my life!!

A few sets that came to mind.

Sportscaster cards also have a few Historical Cards

1977 Edito-Service World War II in the non sports section

1994-01 Grolier Story of America Cards

1979-81 Panarizon Story of America

2012 Panini Americana Heroes & Legends
