I am in the process of finally trying to get my trade list better organized and up-to-date. In my semi-valiant Project Purge effort I am reorganizing/restocking my trade list. In my profile it is my "Traders and/or For Sale" collection. I have a clear handle on those cards as to their locations and the list is up-to-date here. In December I had to prepare for an apartment inspection and in a decluttering effort my trading card collection was moved around and I have an even less of an idea where some cards are.

Right now I have a few basketball "Tall Boys" in there (1990s Fleer Jam Sessions) and some Baseball.

If you see something you like make an offer. Check back periodically for updates but not TOO often. It is taking a bit of time for this stuff.

I hope they gave you at least 24-hours notice prior to the inspection. Know the feeling, almost every other month it's something different. I mean how often to you really need to test & change the batteries in the fire alarms? Thought every time the clocks change was the rule of thumb. Anyway good luck with your quest. 

Yes they do give a few days notice. Usually it is about 3 days notice, sometimes a little more than a week. It always seems to work out that the more work/cleaning up that I have to do for an upcoming inspection or visit the shorter the notice is.
