She was running a hockey rink near my work a number of years ago, and she would come in every once in awhile. I had a sports calender (the page of the day type) and one of the days had her on it. I took it in to work and waited for her to come in. One day I was at lunch, and my co-worker had her sign it for me. Not sure exactly where it is, but its the only autograph I have.
A man has to have goals — for a day, for a lifetime — and that was mine, to have people say, "There goes Ted Williams, the greatest hitter who ever lived."
