This is great! I am getting responds to this thread which is almost 2 years old. Funny side note....my For Sell/ Trade list is missing and I have done a few Sells/Trades in the last few months. So...when I get some free time I will have to add my For Sell/Trade cards again. 😜

Huge Gwynn (and Padres) fan since 1996 here, saw him play a lot, and met him a few times. ------------------------------- If your response to "Opening Day" is "for what?"... We cannot be friends.

He must've been having an off day. I would see him and his wife around town (Poway, CA) all the time. He would always take time to sign autographs or a take a picture with his fans. lildog7 wrote: My son and I met him several years ago. Not sure if he was having an off day but he was very grumpy.
