This is to basically give you a heads up, as I'm working on a couple of significant deals (Eddy and Pete, that's you!) and will probably take a brief month-long hiatus from trading to finish inventory (unless something catches my eye tradewise, and it's already happened twice since I updated my profile message). Anyway, this is what's been added to my Trade List this week.
I'm just about done with football. Quite a buffet of various sets, but mainly minor stars, and other commons from mid-90s to 2016. I've got a lot of '90-'91 Score football and even '90 Pro Set that's yet to be logged, but let me know if there's something from those sets that you don't already see on my trade list and I'll look for it. Otherwise, I'll update those later. You can also ask about hockey from the early '90s that's not inventoried, but I've got some already from '80s.
In general my priorities will be baseball, football, and then basketball. (I've got an offer out now which will probably get me all my basketball wants, so there's probably little chance of basketball being asked for by me, but you never know.)
I just updated my '74 Topps baseball with about 300 cards, several superstars, too. Most are in VG condition, with a few in EX. I've got plenty of vintage era Wants, so please be prepared to trade in kind. I'll consider other types, but it'd have to be a unique situation for me to trade vintage for modern (and those have come up, but it has to involve a special modern card or cards).
Also, if we do trade, I'm asking for all my partners to be patient as I'm living in both Texas (home) and New Jersey (home away from home) and I have cards in two places! Slowly I'm transporting them to Texas in my suitcase. It's funny, I get searched everytime I go through airport security and I usually have to repack my cards carefully. So instead of plastic baggies, now I just bring four 800-count boxes and carry them onboard with me. It'll take about 5 more such trips to get everything home, but I've got that many trips planned already. So, my point is I may agree to a trade, but depending on where I am in my travels, you may have to wait two weeks - or in the case of Awgy Dawgy, three weeks because I forgot to mail his cards until this week! All in all everyone's gotten their cards (and will get their cards, but you'll have to be patient.
Taking a break until November 6th.
