Random Card of the Day

A poor concept poorly executed. 

I think the point of this card was that you can fold down the flap "seat" and reveal the player picture.  A bit dumb but I miss these weird inserts they tried in the 90's 

Dumb idea/design of a subset and even work photoshopping job. 

Me searching for my seat, "damnit Justice is in my seat again!"

'Never did understand why Jim the intern didnt get his dream job in card design. Oh wait a minute, now I remember'

For those who haven't seen one of these cards unfolded to get a view of what it looks like that way,

Anyway, very cool insert that brings back fond memories of all the great stuff we got in the 90s. Now we're stuck with Topps' boring cookie cutter designs year after year. I'm grateful there's still so much cool 90s stuff to collect.

Let’s hope whoever at Skybox came up with this idea was promptly fired.

It'd be nice if they were all scanned with the seat folded down.  Kudos to Rosenort for folding down his scan.

WHY ??????

There is a racing set that Admin gave special dispensation for the front scans to show the cards in both pack-pulled and unfolded conditions.  Check out 1992 Redline Racing Standups.  Seems like a method that would work well for this set, if someone wants to ask Admin for permission.
