Card: #AD Charlie Bucket / Willy Wonka

“ If I had this deck of cards and won a hand, I'd say "You lose, good day Sir!." ” -ShoTime

“ I am confused by this. Are playing cards considered collectible cards? I understand ones that are depicting athletes or teams such as the one for the 92 Braves that depicts all of the players from that year's team. ” -davidhandberry

“ It's a playing card, not a trading card. I guess I'm ok with that, if the deck has 52 different faces. Great kids movie that i even enjoyed watching once as an adult. ” -switzr1

“ Not a fan of the image, and I didn't think playing card decks were allowed on here... ” -Retroboysaz

“ Not a fan of playing cards counting as trading cards, but not passionate about it either so whatever. The color looks good on this and I actually didn't catch it was a playing card at first glance. It wasn't until I looked at the back that I saw it might be and checked the front out again. As far as playing cards go, this one is pretty cool. ” -muskie027

“ The book was better. ” -TheShrevest

“ Great movie and a nice card. ” -NJDevils

“ There is no conceivable way to hate this card. RIP Gene Wilder, you brought a lot of laughs to millions. ” -DocOso

“ Somewhat ironically-- There does not appear to be a gold parallel SSP chase card in this set's checklist. ” -altaeria

“ HOw Odd it is actually a playing card. There is no Earthly way of knowing, Of which playing card will be showing, In the DataBase That's growing, For the checklists keep on checking, And the players keep on playing, ” -captkirk42

“ I love that movie! The card I could take or leave. ” -DanD

“ All I know is that as soon as this card came up, it put a smile on my face. ” -Vvvergeer

This is currently listed under Non-Sport. Shouldn't it be under Gaming?

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

Willy Wonka, in any form, needs to be on the TCDB.

I don't care what category.

Make it so!

It is a standard 52 card playing card deck not a Collectible Card Game set with who knows how many different cards (sometimes never ending it seems).

The "face" of each of the 54 cards is a different picture. (52 playing cards 2 Jokers that are similar but different)

I really enjoyed the original movie vs the newer verision w Johnny Depp. Trading cards exist for almost everything these days :D

But the section is called "gaming", not CCG. This is clearly a playing card, which is used for...gaming.

That's not the intention of the Gaming category.

There are a lot of 'Top Trumps' sets in gaming, and those are sold in a full pack, to me they seem more like a playing card deck than a CCG (Though UK collectors can go wild over some rare sets, so they are collected)...   Maybe one day we will have to look at spliting gaming into "Traditional Style Games" and "TCG's/CCG's/OCG's"...   The ever evolving hobby...

Wherever they are listed doesn't realy bother me one way or the other, but there should be a consensus for consistancy sake...

I'm not a hoarder, it's a "collection"....
