- #123 Shaun McDonald, #149 Ronald Bellamy and #170 Bennie Joppru were eligible for the 2003 NFL Draft but were excluded from the "Star Rookies" subset, receiving regular cards instead.
- Due to a printing error, many of the top "Star Rookies" of this set are missing player names on the back.
- Jacksonville is the only team not represented in the 30-card "Sunday Stars" subset.
- #22 Donald Driver - This card and 2 other cards (2003 Bowman, 2003 Bowman Chrome; both card #98) are taken a fraction of a second apart. However, the Upper Deck card has player name "Green" (Michael) on the back of the jersey whereas both Bowman cards don't have the player name on the back. Also notice the cards are from 2 different card manufacturers.
