1. Beckett publications' is the original source of the checklist provided here.
2. The checklist is evolving, as additional examples have been found that were not noted by Beckett.
3. The disc backs are all the same & there are no numbers assigned (despite Beckett stating there are).
4. Discs were inserted onto the bottom of the Icee cup.
5. In Minnesota, ~1979 one prominent location of an Icee machine was inside of a K-Mart store.
6. It is not known how regional the player selection of the discs may have been.
