The fourth set of RRParks' Mystery Science Theater 3000 series is simply named "Series Four". No MST3K logos or titles appear on the cards or packaging.

Master sets were wrapped in card-stock sleeves, labeled with the "HAMDINGER" stenciled crate design (instead of the usual MST3K moon logo), and includes the mini clip-out cards.
A special, sealed miniature play set was also included in each Master set box.

The focus of the set is the film "shorts", which were riffed before the feature films on most early episodes of MST3K.

Several insert sets continue those that began in Series 1-3, including Macarie Claudiu Art & Anaglyph 3D cards.

Two of the insert sets - "Commando Cody" & "Attack of the Giant Leeches" - were also sold as individual 9-card set packs. A reversible wrapper was used for either set.

The 63-card "Shorts" main set was also available separately.

The "Fan Subset" is composed of sketch artists & fans of the card series who submitted pictures & short biographies to become part of the set.
