Does anyone know how the Promo cards were originally distributed? Were they ever in packs, or just hand outs / included in magazines, etc? From what I can tell they were never in the manufactured packaging for the standard sky net / resistance decks, packs, booster boxes. Hoping someone has some background information on them from the initial release a long time ago.
