Notes: Cards included with figurines, have a design similar to 1997-98 Upper Deck but also have a Starting Lineup logo on the front and the silver foil stamping has been replaced by silver print, and card numbers have an "SL" prefix.

#SL1-SL7 were distributed in 1997 Extended Series and are listed in that set.

#SL10, #SL11, #SL22 and #SL24 were distributed in 1997 Starting Lineup and are listed in that set. #SL24 packaged with the 1998 edition figurine is identical and isn't duplicated in this set.

#SL12-SL13, #SL15-SL20 and #SL23 do not exist.
